Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and request.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Please ensure all tags and labels remain attached to the product. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund. If you have confirmed with your bank that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly.

In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may require you to provide documentation from your financial institution confirming the absence of the refund in your account. We are committed to resolving all refund issues in a timely and professional manner.
